The quiet and remote rural villages of Essex usually make up the backdrop for television spectaculars courtesy of John Craven and Bill Oddie. The residents of Braintree, with Alex and Tracy as neighbours, should have known better than to expect the usual weekend disturbed only by the croaking of the crested natterjack newt. Yea and verily 'tis the Lemmings Fly-In weekend and that nasty, noisy bunch have taken over the placid english countryside once again.

So far the weekend has proved to be a great success with a high turnout, good weather (OK, it's true, the windsock did actually fall over) and Lemmings in good spirits all round. Awards so far - First to fly: Parafuckwit (although I need to get this confirmed), first to get pissed : Parafuckwit (this I saw with my own eyes), First broken prop : Russell.
